Return and refund policy

Please choose our items carefully before making your selection and proceeding with your online purchase, as we do not refund for change of mind.
We are only able to accept a product for a refund, replacement or credit where:
The product has been assessed and found to have a what is deemed a major fault.
The product has been wrongly described.
The product differs from the sample provided.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in brand new condition inclusive of all packaging and accessories.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
Authorised returns must received within 14days of approval otherwise your return maybe rejected.
Once an order is shipped, Alpha Boost Performance may offer a refund at it's own discretion, however all discretionary refunds may carry up to a 20% restocking fee and all return postage fees must be paid by the customer.

Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Any provision of these Terms and Conditions, is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible by law so as to give effect the intent of the Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions and rights granted and obligations undertaken hereunder may not be transferred, assigned or delegated in any manner by a User. Alpha Boost Performance may assign its rights and duties under these Terms and Conditions to any party at any time without notice to Users.

Any failure by Alpha Boost Performance to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice will act to modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
